Oat Tiramisu

Ingredients

250 ml Rajo Active Protein Vanilla drink

120 g of fine oatmeal

2 tablespoons of chia seeds

20 ml of maple syrup

1 shot of espresso

30 g of vanilla protein



For the cream layer:

50 g of white chocolate

150 g of Greek yogurt

1 tbsp of espresso



To serve:
Cocoa

Instructions

1.

Mix oatmeal with chia seeds, protein, espresso, maple syrup and vanilla drink.


2.

Leave the flakes overnight in the refrigerator.


3.

Melt the white chocolate in a water bath, add espresso and gradually stir in the yogurt.


4.

Spread the yogurt cream into flakes and let it harden in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.


5.

Before serving, sprinkle the oat tiramisu with cocoa and you can serve it.
