Ingredients
400 g Active Protein cottage cheese dark chocolate
80 g plain flour + for kneading
40 g of cane sugar
2 egg yolks
2 tablespoons of rapeseed oil
2 tablespoons of butter
To serve:
Chocolate
Small fruits (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
Instructions
1.
Mix the cottage cheese with the yolks, add flour, sugar and make a firm dough.
2.
On a floured board, we shape it into a roll, which we cut into approx. 2.5 cm pieces and use a glass to form round "pucks" from the pieces.
3.
Heat the oil and butter in a large pan and fry the puffs until golden on both sides.
4.
Bake them in an oven heated to 180°C for 7 minutes and serve. They taste best still warm with small fruits and covered with chocolate.
