Vegan Chilli Feta Rolls
Ingredients
1 sheet of puff pastry
160 g RAJO Vegan Greek Chilli
25 ml of honey
2 cloves of garlic
2 stalks of fresh thyme
pinch of salt
a pinch of ground black pepper
chili flakes
For the honey chili dip you need:
2 tablespoons of agave syrup
1 tablespoon of olive oil
a pinch of chili flakes
1 stalk of thyme

Crush RAJO Vegan Greek Chilli and mix with agave syrup, finely chopped garlic, thyme leaves, salt and ground black pepper.

Cut the puff pastry into 8 parts, fill each of them with a spoonful of RAJO Vegan Greek Chilli filling and roll it up.

Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, brush them with water, sprinkle them with chili flakes and bake them at 200°C until golden, about 20 minutes.

We serve the rolls with agave chili dip, which we prepare by mixing agave syrup, olive oil, chili flakes and thyme leaves. Bon appetite.
