Ingredients

10 medjool dates 80 g

RAJO Vegan cream à la mascarpone

150 g of white vegetable chocolate

5 caramel cookies

1 vanilla pod

Mix RAJO Vegan cream à la mascarpone with seeds from the vanilla pod and 3 crushed caramel biscuits.

Remove the stone from the dates and fill them with mascarpone-style cream using a piping bag. Cover the dates in melted white vegetable chocolate, sprinkle them with the remaining crushed cookies.

Let them harden in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving. Bon appetite. :)
