Toast with Fit cottage cheese and pumpkin

Ingredients

½ hokkaido pumpkin


fresh thyme


olive oil


ground black pepper


salt






to finish:




toasted bread


RAJO Fit cottage cheese apricot turmeric


pumpkin seeds


honey


thyme for decoration

Instructions

Wash the Hokkaido pumpkin, hollow it out and cut it into cubes.

Place the pumpkin in a baking dish, pour olive oil over it, season with salt, ground black pepper, thyme sprigs and bake until soft, about 25 minutes at a temperature of 190°C.

Layer Fit cottage cheese apricot turmeric, baked pumpkin, dry-roasted pumpkin seeds on the toasted bread and cover everything lightly with honey.

Decorate the loaves with a sprig of thyme and serve.
