Salad with Fit cottage cheese

Ingredients
100 g Fit cottage cheese apple/carrot
80 g of any salad
2 oranges
1 apple
1 large carrot
1 tbsp of maple syrup
1 tsp sesame
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Pinch of salt
Lemon juice to taste
Instructions
1. Peel the carrot and grate it into thin slices using a peeler.
2. Season them with maple syrup, lemon juice, a pinch of salt and sesame.
3. In another bowl, mix the salad with diced apple, orange pieces and olive oil.
4. Serve the salad with seasoned carrot slices and a scoop of fit cottage cheese.
