Lactofree poppy seed cake

Ingredients

450 g semi-coarse flour

450 g RAJO Laktofree Probiotic yogurt

250 g of whole poppy seeds

250 g of granulated sugar

200 ml RAJO Lactofree milk

150 ml of rapeseed oil

1 packet of baking powder

1 egg powdered sugar for sprinkling

We mix the dry ingredients together and pour the wet ingredients into them, which we mix separately in another bowl.

Mix the dough thoroughly and pour it onto a large tray lined with baking paper.

Bake the cake at a temperature of 160°C for approximately 40 minutes.

Let it cool before slicing and serve sprinkled with powdered sugar.
