The company meets the requirements for successful management systems that ensure the continuity and transparency of processes that secure the running of the business, determine the competencies and responsibilities of the separate organizational units and their employees and guarantee good supplier-customer relations, prospects and prosperity.
Our goal is satisfied customers who keep coming back to us. They are at the centre point of our activities. All internal and external activities we undertake are in the interest of our customers. Our products have a high standard of quality and are made under controlled conditions safe for food production.
Certification according to ISO 9001 series standards
Since 2002, our company has been the holder of a certificate of quality management system according to the ISO 9001 series standard. The adoption of this quality management system was a strategic decision made by the company as early as in 2002. This standard describes the adoption of a process approach in implementing and improving the quality management system in general, with the aim of raising customer satisfaction. Each year we undergo control audits.
IFS private standard certification
In 2005 we became the first dairy company in Slovakia to hold an IFS certificate (International Food Standard), an international certificate that involves meeting the most demanding requirements for quality, legality and safety of manufactured products. This standard ranks among the so-called GFSI approved standards (GFSI is an international organization bringing together important retailers and food producers from around the world).
IFS is the private standard of the Food Retailers Association: the German Handelsgeselschaft des Deutschen Einzelhandels e.V. and the French Fédération des enterpricses du Commerce et de la Distribution. Members of these associations are, for example, GLOBUS-SB Warenhaus Holding, EDEKA, REWE, Provera France, Groupe Carrefour, Systeme U, Auchan France and others. Compliance with these standards is required from producers (suppliers) of products to the German and French markets as well as the territory of new EU Member States. Its implementation follows from the requirements of Regulation (EC) No. 852/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the hygiene of foodstuffs.
